About these terms
These terms cover your use of Agent Wins (agentwins.app), which is operated by Chevon Phillip ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: chevy@mail.grokbot.com.
What Agent Wins is
Agent Wins lists AI agent use cases that worked, based on public posts. Each one comes with a summary, the outcome the author reported and a step-by-step recipe. Some recipes are free. Others need Pro.
Accounts
You sign in with your email address through our sign-in provider, Clerk. Give accurate information and keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can sign in to your account can use it. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply.
- Pro Founding Pass: $19, one-time. Available to the first 100 buyers. It gives you Pro access for as long as Agent Wins offers Pro, with nothing to renew.
- Pro: $9 per month or $49 per year. Billed in advance, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
- Sponsor week: $99, one-time. This is the founding price, and it may rise after each week sold. Your sponsor slot appears on every page for 7 days. After you buy, we email you to collect your name, tagline and link. We review your copy and aim to have it live within 24 hours. We can decline sponsor copy that's misleading, unlawful or off-topic. If we do and you don't send a replacement, we'll refund you in full. If your week doesn't reach the impression estimate we gave you, your next week is free.
Prices for new purchases may change. A change won't affect a payment you've already made, and we'll give you notice before a subscription renews at a new price.
Cancelling
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time on your account page under "Manage billing", which opens Stripe's billing portal. You can also update your card and see invoices there. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it ends. The Founding Pass and a sponsor week are one-time payments, so there's nothing to cancel. Refunds
- Pro Founding Pass: email us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The refund ends the pass's Pro access and frees the spot for someone else.
- Pro monthly or yearly: email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel anytime so you aren't charged again.
- Sponsor week: you get a full refund if you ask before your week starts. Once your week is live, we'll offer you a prorated refund or a make-good week.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Email chevy@mail.grokbot.com from your account email, or include your receipt. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law.
Using the content
While you're entitled to it, you may use the recipes and prompts for your own work, personal or business. Please don't republish, resell or bulk-share Pro content, and don't scrape the site or try to get around the Pro paywall. We may suspend access for misuse, and we'll refund unused prepaid time unless the misuse was serious.
Content from X posts
Wins are based on public posts on X. We credit the author's handle and link the original post, and we report results only as the author stated them. The authors own their posts. Agent Wins isn't affiliated with X or with the makers of the AI agents and tools we mention, and product names belong to their owners. If you're an author and want a change or removal, email us, and see How we verify.
No guarantee of results
Recipes describe what worked for someone else. Your results will depend on your accounts, tools, data and judgment. AI agents can make mistakes. Review their work, and approve anything that sends, posts, buys or changes something. The content is general information, not professional, financial or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what you or your agents do with the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Submissions and feedback
If you submit a win or send feedback, you let us use, edit and publish it on Agent Wins, with credit where appropriate. Only submit content you have the right to share.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions: chevy@mail.grokbot.com.
